Christopher Rice has been in the hospitality industry for over fifteen years. Starting like most do as a barback and a busser, he has worked in all positions in the restaurant setting. He spent most of his years in San Francisco learning from and working with some of the most innovative bartenders in the country. In that time he has opened up multiple restaurants and been at the helm of numerous programs. When having time away from the bar setting, he has helped put together cocktails for large events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, festivals and concerts. He also loves doing education events and tastings for individuals as well as groups. He has certifications from WSET as well as the Stave and Thief Society in spirits and whiskey. He moved to Denver in the summer of 2021, and brings his passion for making cocktails with local ingredients, as well as creating a sustainable environment with him.
